Ascension comes

Ascension is the next festival approaching. How can we prepare? Perhaps we mneditate on a few lines:

To rise and truly meet the Christ
This is my quest
In search of my most inner strength
My most inner beings lift themselves
Above the earth
To meet the Sun.
